After months of legal setbacks, social media influencer and rapper DDG (Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.) finally received a small win in his ongoing custody dispute with ex-girlfriend Halle Bailey.

During a hearing on Thursday, June 26, a judge granted DDG visitation rights to see his son, Halo, while Halle is in Italy from July 1 through July 3. However, the court’s approval comes with several conditions.

All visits must be supervised by a third-party court-approved chaperone. DDG initially requested his mother to oversee the visits, but Halle objected, claiming she enabled her son’s past behavior. With both sides unable to agree on a neutral party, Halle proposed her security and nanny team instead. DDG pushed back, asking the judge to bar the nanny from supervising and from testifying in future proceedings—but his request was denied.

Per the court order, DDG will be allowed to spend time with Halo each day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Additional restrictions include: no posting photos or videos of Halo on social media, and DDG must remain at least three miles away from Halle and her hotel during the trip. His mother, while not supervising, will still be present to assist during the visit.
