Comedian and Influencer Kayla Nicole Sued By Hairstylist

Social media influencer Kayla Nicole Jones and no, not Travis Kelce’s ex  is now facing a lawsuit from someone who once worked closely with her.

According to TMZ, Hanissatou Adam, also known as “Nissa The Super Stylist,” has filed a lawsuit against Jones over an alleged incident that took place during a 2024 work trip to Los Angeles.

Adam claims the situation started when she asked Jones a few questions that the influencer didn’t appreciate. According to the lawsuit, Adam alleges Jones became irritated and threatened to slap her if she didn’t stop asking questions. Things allegedly escalated the following day after the pair spent a long day working on a music video. Adam says she overheard Jones complaining about her and decided to address the situation directly.

According to the filing, Adam says she approached Jones in what she describes as a “calm and reasonable manner.” However, she alleges Jones became increasingly upset during the conversation and eventually swung her arm and made contact with Adam’s eye.

Adam claims she immediately retreated to her room inside the Airbnb they were sharing and called a friend to pick her up. While she waited, she alleges Jones continued shouting obscenities through the door. As a result, Adam is now suing Jones for assault, battery, and emotional distress.

Now here’s the part that raises eyebrows. If the situation was as serious as described, some people are wondering why this became a civil lawsuit instead of criminal charges. That doesn’t automatically mean the claims aren’t valid but it does make the situation feel a little murky.

At the end of the day, these are allegations, and the court will ultimately decide what really happened during that Los Angeles trip.
